Dr. Contessa Metcalfe attended Xavier University where she earned her undergraduate degree.  She then attended Saint Louis University School of Medicine, and residency at the National Naval Medical Center and Meharry Medical College.  She focuses on preventive, occupational and integrative medicine and addiction therapy.
 
Chastain Integrative Medicine uses a hybrid approach model of conventional and complementary medical treatments to deliver comprehensive healthcare.  Patients receive holistic care, establish positive caring relationships with our providers who promote their self-care and well-being.
