Instructions: Directions: Preheat oven to 400F. Prep muffin pan by inserting 10 parchment liners. Whisk eggs until blended. Add dry muffin mix to wet ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour or Scoop batter into parchment-lined muffin pan. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown, rotating muffin pan about halfway through baking.
