Cancellations must be received & confirmed at least 7 business before your delivery date. Refunds will not be given for cancellations less than the 7 days or if the product has already shipped. If you are not satisfied with the please notify us so we can assist you. Depending on the product issue, we will provide a possible replacement or refund for defective products. 
 p>Requests for replacements and pictures must be received prior to 2:00 pm EST in order to process a possible replacement that same day. Digital images will be required for any replacement or refund and must be received within 48 hours after receiving the product. 
Refunds will not be given for circumstances resulting from negligence, weather, holiday schedules, an incorrect delivery date chosen, or incorrect address provided.

Instructions: Care and Handling • Roses are packed in layers within each bunch. The second layer is not visible from the top. From the top you will only see 12 blooms. Under those blooms there are an additional 13 that you cannot view due to the corrugated cardboard. To confirm the number of roses in each bunch, flip over and count the number of stems. • Keep the corrugated wrap (carton sleeve) on for the first 4 hours in order to re-hydrate the roses properly. Removing the wrap will cause the rose heads to droop. • With sharp scissors or knife, cut the stems at an angle about 1 inch from the bottom. • Remove all leaves on the stems that may touch the water in the container as the leaves create bacteria. • Place stems in container with water and flower food. For freshest flowers, re-cut stems, clean and refill containers with fresh water every 2 days. • Keep hydrated roses in a cool environment away from direct sunlight. • Roses will be shipped with guard petals (2 to 3) for extra protection. Special notes: remove 2 to 3 guard petals if necessary • These petals may appear brownish and will need to be carefully removed after hydration. • Vase life: average vase life with proper care and handling, approximately 7 to 10 days.
